Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in mutual-fund trading or related operations.
• Understanding of fund subscriptions, redemptions, switches and dealing cut-offs.
• Knowledge of cleared-fund and settlement concepts.
• Familiarity with Transfer Agent operating models.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Process end-to-end fund orders with timely validation.
• Review client instructions for completeness and eligibility.
• Coordinate with Transfer Agents and Fund Managers for order placement.
• Monitor cash and funding for cleared-fund transactions.
• Escalate time-sensitive issues affecting settlement.
• Maintain accurate operational records and compliance.
