BP PLC is hiring a Category Strategy Support Manager – Assets in Kuala Lumpur. The role supports the development and execution of category strategies across Asset categories, aligning with business priorities and procurement goals.

You will lead a category support team, collaborate with stakeholders and suppliers, and drive cost optimisation, supplier performance, and value creation in a fast-paced global environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Procurement, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Support development and execution of category strategies across Assets categories.
• Lead a category support team and manage stakeholder requirements.
• Develop presentations, reports, and strategic communications for decision-makers.
• Drive supplier performance management, risk assessment and improvement plans.
• Lead continuous improvements in category management processes and governance.
