Qualifications

• Degree in a relevant discipline (Business, Procurement, Supply Chain, Engineering)
• 6–8 years' experience in Indirect Procurement, Category Management or Strategic Sourcing
• Experience supporting category strategies in complex industrial/asset-intensive environments
• Experience with SAP Ariba, Salesforce, Compass or similar procurement technologies and strong analytical skills

Responsibilities

• Support development and execution of category strategies across the Assets portfolio, including market analysis and sourcing activities.
• Lead and coordinate a category support team, prioritising work aligned to business needs.
• Support supplier performance management through reviews, risk assessments and improvement plans.
• Monitor category performance and KPI delivery for opportunities for improvement.
• Drive standardisation of category management processes, tools, governance and reporting.
• Manage procurement buying channels, including SAP Ariba content, ensuring contract compliance.
