Perform wiring, component installation, hand soldering and cable harnessing.
Set up and adjust equipment according to specifications and required methods.
Perform product testing and document defects or issues; maintain production records.

Job Responsibilities

The role will involve assembly, testing and troubleshooting activities in a manufacturing environment. Responsibilities may include:

Perform electronic, electro-mechanical and mechanical assembly operations
Assemble components and sub-assemblies according to work instructions
Perform wiring and component installation
Carry out hand soldering and cable harnessing
Follow the required sequence and methods of assembly operations
Set up and make adjustments according to required specifications
Perform equipment and product testing
Perform testing and troubleshooting activities
Conduct functional and performance testing when required
Identify and document defects or technical issues
Maintain accurate production and testing records
Prepare required test reports and documentation
Work closely with Production and Engineering teams to resolve production or technical issues
Ensure work is completed according to quality and production requirements
