Job summary

Talent Craft Consultancy in Malaysia is seeking factory assembly staff to join the production floor. You will assemble mechanical or electrical parts according to SOPs and drawings, inspect products for defects, and maintain a clean, safe workspace.

The role offers RM3,000 gross per month with training provided, and shifts may include day and night hours. Immediate start with a 1-week notice and interview on 05/11/2026.

Total Gross Potential: RM3,000 / month (excluding overtime, if applicable)

Working Hours: 8AM - 8PM / 8PM - 8AM

Key Responsibilities:

Assemble mechanical or electrical parts, components, or products according to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and production drawings.

Inspect finished and semi-finished products for quality defects to ensure they meet company specifications.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace on the production floor.

Meet daily assembly output and efficiency targets.

Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.

Job Requirements:

Open to candidates with or without prior manufacturing/assembly experience (training will be provided).

Good manual dexterity, attention to detail, and physical stamina.

Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Start work immediately (1 week notice period)
