Qualifications

• Senior-level accountability for complex healthcare technology programs across multiple Greater Asia markets.
• Proven ability to enable and govern distributors and channel partners to drive performance.
• Ability to lead across a matrix of regional and global stakeholders without direct reporting authority.

Responsibilities

• Act as regional technical authority and escalation point for Baxter Digital solutions.
• Provide leadership for complex distributor-led opportunities, including architecture and integration.
• Govern technical standards and implementation methods in alignment with international service organization.
• Assess distributor capability and drive enablement, training, and certification plans.
• Coach distributor teams to design, deploy, and troubleshoot Baxter solutions.
• Lead design and delivery for high-risk or strategic deployments with cross-functional resources.
• Coordinate resolution of critical technical issues across regions and functions.
• Translate technical requirements into clear business terms for commercial teams.
• Monitor performance and risks to drive corrective actions.
