Job summary

City Villa Management Sdn Bhd in Johor Bahru seeks an experienced sales leader to promote and sell housing properties including apartments, shops, villas and terraces. You will lead a team of sales executives and manage key reporting schedules, ensuring smooth operation across receipts, registrations, S&P, loans, billing and instalments.

The role requires a degree in business/marketing and several years of sales experience, with strong Mandarin and English communication skills.

• Several years of sales experience.
• Proficiency in Mandarin and English for client communication.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell housing properties (apartments, shops, villas, terraces).
• Lead and mentor a team of sales executives.
• Maintain and report schedules: receipts, registrations, S&P, loan, billing, instalments, etc.

• Maintaining and reporting receipt schedule, registration schedule, Sale and Purchase Agreement schedule, loan schedule, Billing and collection Schedule, Purchasers Schedule, Architect Certificate Schedule, handing over schedule, instalment and other schedule.
