Job summary

Hong Leong Bank is seeking a seasoned leader to drive wealth management within branch distribution. The role focuses on coaching teams, executing business plans, and promoting wealth products to expand revenue.

You will recruit Personal Bankers for top branches and collaborate with stakeholders to win new clients and enhance service quality. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting, with 5+ years of experience in selling fee-based products, and strong

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or related fields.
• FMUTM, PCE-L, PCE-G, CEILI, TBE & IPPC/CFP licenses add advantage.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in selling fee-based products with a track record.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and coach team members to comply with bank regulations, guidelines and policies.
• Execute business plans to deliver targets collectively.
• Promote products and services to expand customers through new and existing channels, including cross-selling to grow wealth management revenue.
• Recruit and build a team of Personal Bankers to grow wealth management in branches.
