Job summary

Kufong Therapy Centre Sdn Bhd is seeking an Area Manager to oversee a cluster of retail locations in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. This full-time role focuses on operational excellence, staff leadership, and driving sales across multiple sites.

You will lead a team of Store Managers, monitor performance, and liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure outstanding customer experiences and consistent profitability. Flexible hours may be required to support store operations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a multi-site retail or hospitality management role.

Responsibilities

What you'll be doing

• Provide strategic direction and day-to-day oversight for a cluster of retail locations to ensure operational excellence

• Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Store Managers to achieve their individual and collective targets
• Monitor key performance indicators and devise data-driven strategies to optimise store operations and staff productivity
• Liaise with cross-functional teams to coordinate inventory management, staff scheduling, and marketing initiatives
• Identify and address operational issues promptly, ensuring a seamless customer experience
• Collaborate with the regional leadership team to share best practices and contribute to the overall growth of the business
