Responsibilities

Oversee and coordinate architectural works at the project site to ensure compliance with design specifications and standards.
Supervise and monitor architectural subcontractors for timely execution of work.
Review architectural drawings, specifications, and material submittals for accuracy and compliance.
Conduct regular site inspections to check work quality, safety and progress.
Ensure construction is carried out according to approved plans and authority regulations.
Manage architectural detailing, finishing works and material selection.
Monitor defect rectification and quality control of architectural finishes.
