Qualifications

• Proficient in professional design software; produce drawings independently.
• Capable of independent structural and architectural design.
• Mandarin speaking is compulsory to communicate with management and clients.
• Good understanding of building construction and scaffolding design principles preferred.
• Reliable and able to meet project deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Design and draw professional construction and structural drawings for disc lock scaffolding layout and support structures.
• Independently complete structural modeling, drawing design, revisions and technical adjustments.
• Work with on-site team to provide design solutions and technical support.
• Check drawings for accuracy; ensure compliance with safety standards and project specs.
• Maintain and update design files and documentation; optimize design solutions for safety and feasibility.
