Adaptive Displays (M) Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Project Support Assistant to assist Project Managers with drawings, documentation, and coordination across project activities in Kuala Lumpur. The role involves preparing shop and construction drawings, managing project records, and supporting site-related tasks.

The ideal candidate holds a relevant diploma and has strong communication skills, with proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office. Training on site will be provided.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Architectural, Civil, Mechanical & Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Strong client-facing and teamwork skills.
• Good oral and written communication.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge in SketchUp and 3D Max or equivalent is an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Assist Project Manager in preparing Shop Drawings, Construction Drawings, and As-Built Drawings.
• Oversee and manage project documentation and revisions/distributions.
• Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information.
• Prepare standard project status reports including status, budget, schedule and risk.
• Create and maintain project documentation, plans, and expenditures.
• Site training and site supervision, measuring and project management tasks.

The purpose of this position is to support Project Managers to achieve successful project management.

Duties And Responsibilities

• To assist Project Manager in prepare Shop Drawing, Construction Drawing, As-Built Drawing.
• Oversees and manages project documentation and coordinates documentation revisions and distributions.
• Coordinates project management activities, resources, equipment and information.
• Work with Project Managers in prepare standard project status reports for project delivery team or work group, client and management. Reports typically include: status update, budget, schedule and risk.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and expenditures.
• Site Training provided. Will be involved with taking measurement at site, site supervision, site issue and project management.

Requirements and Skills

• Diploma in Architectural, Civil, Mechanical & Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• Strong client-facing and teamwork skills
• Good oral and written communication
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge in SketchUp and 3D Max or equivalent is an advantage

Note: Training allowance will be given RM800.00 to RM1000.00.
