Job summary
Hazell Design is seeking a creative Architectural Draughtsperson to join our team in Malacca City. You will prepare 2D and 3D architectural plans and project documentation for real projects.
Ideal candidates have a Diploma/Certificate in Architecture, basic drawing principles, and proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, Enscape is a plus. New graduates are welcome to apply.
Qualifications
- Diploma/Certificate in Architecture or related field.
- New graduates are welcome to apply.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Proficiency in SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, Enscape or other 3D software is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of technical drawings and building plans.
- Meticulous, responsible and possess good work discipline.
- Able to work individually and in a team.
- Good communication skills and proactive attitude.
- Able to complete tasks within the set timeframe.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and produce 2D & 3D architectural plans.
- Prepare plan revisions according to project instructions and requirements.
- Assist in preparing drawings for PBT submission.
- Prepare As-Built Drawings and project documentation.
- Support the preparation of architect and consultant drawings according to technical requirements.
- Manage and organize project files and records.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure drawings and documentation are completed within the set timeframe.
