Job summary

Businesslist is seeking a diligent Accounts Receivable trainee to manage calls about payments and collections, and to follow up on unpaid invoices. You will collaborate with Billing to resolve disputes with a focus on customer care and accuracy.

Open to fresh graduates, with structured training and exposure to international customers within a multinational finance environment. Day-shift, on-site role offering practical experience in billing operations.

Qualifications

• Conversational Cantonese required.
• Strong communication and customer service.
• Experience handling inbound/outbound calls related to payments/billing.
• Good problem-solving and cross-team collaboration.
• No AR or finance experience required; training provided.
• Fresh graduates welcome; eager to learn in finance operations.
• On-site day shift.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound customer calls relating to outstanding payments and collections.
• Follow up with customers on unpaid invoices and billing-related queries.
• Investigate and help resolve payment and billing disputes.
• Provide professional and empathetic customer service while communicating in Cantonese when required.
• Work closely with internal teams, particularly Billing, to resolve issues preventing payment.
• Build positive customer relationships and ensure queries are handled accurately and professionally.
• Maintain timely follow-up on outstanding customer matters until resolution.
