Job summary

DXN Holdings Berhad is seeking an experienced aquaculture supervisor to oversee daily farm operations and new project initiatives in Cyberjaya, Malaysia.

You will lead farm workers, plan daily tasks, and ensure SOP compliance with focus on water quality, biosecurity, and data recording for production metrics.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in aquaculture or farm supervision.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Knowledge of water quality parameters and SOP compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily aquaculture operations and new project initiatives.
• Supervise and mentor farm workers to ensure safety and productivity.
• Plan and assign daily tasks and workflows for the team.
• Monitor fish/shrimp/seaweed species and related systems (RAS) and ensure biosecurity.
