Job summary

Dassault Systèmes in Malaysia is seeking a Category Sourcing Manager to develop regional strategies across AP South, including Singapore, Australia, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand and Vietnam. You will drive value, mitigate risk, and lead cross-functional sourcing activities.

The role requires strong leadership in RFx, contract negotiation, supplier governance, and collaboration with Finance, Legal, and business leaders to ensure compliant procurement operations while pursuing cost-saving

Qualifications

• Strong command of strategic sourcing, RFx, contract management, and supplier governance.
• Analytical skills with ability to interpret data and support decisions.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; experience with SAP/Ariba is a plus.
• Proven experience in multinational companies and matrix environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Excellent negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
• Logical thinking and problem-solving mindset.
• High integrity and compliance-focused.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• 8+ years of indirect procurement experience with APAC exposure is preferred.
