Job summary

DXC Technology Inc. is seeking a Treasury Systems Specialist to provide functional and technical support for treasury processes and TMS operations.

The role covers cash management, liquidity forecasting, payments, and bank connectivity, with close collaboration with Finance and IT teams. The ideal candidate will manage TMS configurations, assist with system upgrades, and drive process improvements and automation across Treasury workflows.

Qualifications

• Understanding of cash management, liquidity forecasting, and payments processes.
• Familiarity with treasury instruments (FX, loans, investments) and related accounting.
• Experience in bank connectivity (SWIFT, host-to-host, APIs) and ERP integration.
• Knowledge of internal controls, compliance, and treasury reporting requirements.
• Hands-on experience with Treasury Management Systems (e.g. Kyriba, SAP, FIS, GTreasury).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for Treasury users on TMS-related matters.

• Oversee bank connectivity setup and maintenance (e.g. SWIFT, host-to-host, APIs).
• Support onboarding of new entities, accounts, and users into the TMS.
• Prepare and maintain system documentation, process flows, and user training materials.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and support automation initiatives within Treasury operations.

Job description

Key Responsibilities

Functional Support Serve as the primary point of contact for Treasury users on TMS-related matters. Support daily Treasury operations including cash positioning, payments, liquidity forecasting, intercompany funding, FX, investments, and debt management. Configure and maintain TMS modules related to cash management, payments, bank account management, forecasting, accounting, and risk management. Identify process improvement opportunities and support automation initiatives within Treasury operations.

Technical Support

Provide first- and second-level technical support for TMS incidents, issues, and service requests. Coordinate with IT teams and the system vendor to troubleshoot, test, and resolve system or interface issues. Maintain and monitor integrations between the TMS and other corporate systems (ERP, bank portals, data warehouses). Support data validation, report generation, and dashboard customization for Treasury stakeholders. Participate in system upgrades, patch testing, and new release implementations. Ensure compliance with IT security and internal control requirements related to system access, data integrity, and audit trails. Support user acceptance testing (UAT), change management, and production deployments.

Skills

Functional Skills Understanding of cash management, liquidity forecasting, and payments processes. Familiarity with treasury instruments (FX, loans, investments) and related accounting. Experience in bank connectivity (SWIFT, host-to-host, APIs) and ERP integration. Knowledge of internal controls, compliance, and treasury reporting requirements. Technical Skills Ability to manage system configurations, user access, and workflow setups. Understanding of data interfaces, file formats (XML, ISO20022, SWIFT MT), and ERP linkages. Experience in system testing, issue resolution, and system upgrades or enhancements. Hands-on experience with Treasury Management Systems (e.g. Kyriba, SAP, FIS, GTreasury) would be an advantage undefined
