Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, Computer/Software Engineering or related field
• Minimum 3 years as Application Support Engineer in an ITIL environment
• Understand SDLC and/or Agile software development
• Knowledge of application support methodologies, tools and best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-organisational collaboration
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; able to handle complex issues
• Willingness to work beyond office hours and across time zones when required
• Proficient with ticketing systems (ServiceNow) and monitoring tools (AppDynamics)
• Good knowledge of PowerShell, SQL databases, APIs and integration tech
