Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking an Application Support Engineer in Cyberjaya, Malaysia to drive end-to-end governance, readiness, and execution support for data center migration and platform restack initiatives. You will ensure applications are compliant, secure, and operational before migration, and stabilized after go-live.

• Experience with data center migrations or platform restacks.
• Understanding of application architecture and network dependencies.
• Familiar with data residency and regulatory compliance.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Governance, planning and readiness activities prior to migration.
• Validate data residency, compliance, and environment segmentation.
• Assess risks and define mitigation and rollback strategies.
• Support migration execution and change management activities.
• Monitor logs, connectivity, and performance during cutover.
• Document lessons learned and update runbooks.
