Job summary

CADVision Systems welcomes fresh graduates and junior engineers to join a two-year structured development programme designed to build core engineering skills across multiple industries. Qualifications

This role is suitable for fresh graduates or junior engineers who are eager to learn and solve engineering problems.
Interest in product design, manufacturing, CNC machining, automation, or digital engineering is a plus.
Comfortable communicating with customers and sharing knowledge through training and discussions.
Motivated to grow technical and professional skills across industries.

Responsibilities

Improve product design and engineering workflows.
Support manufacturing teams with CNC programming and machining processes.
Assist with simulation, data management, electrical design, and automation solutions.
Conduct product demonstrations, technical training, implementation, and customer support.
Work with sales and consulting teams to recommend suitable solutions.
Help customers adopt new technologies and improve engineering productivity.
