Job summary

CADVision Systems in Malaysia seeks an Application Engineer for a structured two-year development journey that combines hands-on customer projects with formal technical training, mentorship, and industry exposure across manufacturing, automation, and product design.

You will work on improving design workflows, support CNC machining, simulations, data management, and electrical design, while delivering product demonstrations and training to customers; there are opportunities to pursue

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates or junior engineers with a Mechanical or Mechatronics background.
• Curious and eager to learn and solve engineering problems.
• Interested in engineering design, manufacturing, CNC machining, automation, or digital engineering.
• Comfortable communicating with customers and sharing knowledge through training and discussions.
• Motivated to grow technical skills across multiple industries.

Responsibilities

• Improve product design and engineering workflows.
• Support manufacturing teams with CNC programming and machining processes.
• Assist with simulation, data management, electrical design, and automation solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations, technical training, implementation, and customer support.
• Work with sales and consulting teams to recommend suitable solutions.
• Help customers adopt new technologies and improve engineering productivity.
