Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a web developer to design, build, and deploy scalable web applications using HTML, CSS, Django, and Node.js, with a focus on robust APIs and data handling.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams across the SDLC, uphold security and testing practices, and contribute to documentation while communicating effectively in English and Chinese.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in web or software development.
• Experience with frameworks like Django, Node.js, or equivalent technologies.
• Strong grasp of relational databases (PostgreSQL / MySQL), OOP principles, and SQL.
• Familiarity with web application security, session management, authentication, and standard Git workflows.
• Solid understanding of responsive web design (HTML/CSS), automated testing, and basic network diagnostic tools.
• Basic understanding of SEO principles and best practices.

Responsibilities
