Job summary

TNG Digital, part of the TNG Digital Group, is seeking a Tax Manager to lead the Group's tax function across Asia Pacific, focusing on Malaysia and Singapore. You will drive compliance, transfer pricing, indirect tax, and e-invoice initiatives in a fast-growing digital business.

Reporting to the Head of Tax, you will coordinate with Finance, Legal, Tech, and Business Operations to embed tax considerations across the Group and manage external advisers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, or ICAEW/ACCA/CPA.
• 8–10 years of tax experience in financial services, fintech or digital payments.
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian and Singapore tax law.

Responsibilities

• Oversee corporate tax compliance across Asia Pacific, focusing on Malaysia and Singapore.
• Lead SST, GST and WHT advisory and filing, ensuring timely submissions.
• Manage tax audits and disputes with authorities and external advisers.
• Oversee transfer pricing documentation and intercompany pricing.
• Drive e-invoice compliance and monthly reconciliations with management accounts.
