Qualifications

• Master’s degree preferred in Engineering, Business, Finance, Supply Chain or related discipline.
• 10+ years relevant experience in Innovation or business delivery, preferably in FMCG.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and project leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Direct management of APAC Project Delivery Managers across key programs.
• Ensure on-time, quality delivery of critical projects to market (OTIQ).
• Translate business opportunities into clear project scopes and execution plans.
• Lead integrated delivery of large renovation growth and Value Optimization initiatives.
• Build and maintain a regional APAC Project Lead network and community.
• Support the Regional PMO Lead with cross-program coordination and resource planning.
