The role requires MD/MBBS with nephrology, 10+ years in corporate settings, and 5+ years in leadership. You will partner with nephrologists, hospitals, and authorities, and drive training, education, and clinical programs.

Qualifications

• MD/MBBS with nephrology preferred.
• Minimum 10 years in corporate roles, regional experience a plus.
• Minimum 5 years in leadership or management roles.
• Demonstrated experience in clinical governance and quality management.
• Dialysis operations and customer-facing clinical support experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical governance frameworks across renal care facilities.
• Oversee quality management, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Drive clinical outcomes metrics and quality improvements.
• Partner with sales and commercial teams for value-based selling.
• Engage nephrologists and clinicians to strengthen referrals.
• Mentor clinical managers and multidisciplinary teams.
