Job summary

The Clinical Director at B. Braun Group will provide strategic and operational leadership across the Avitum division’s clinical activities in Malaysia, ensuring excellence in patient care, quality, safety and regulatory compliance.

You will bridge clinical excellence with business growth, overseeing governance, quality management, and regional clinical programs while supporting sales, education and cross-functional teams. A medical doctorate and nephrology expertise are highly valued.

Qualifications

• MD/MBBS with nephrology is preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership and strategic impact in healthcare.
• Strong understanding of governance, quality systems and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical governance frameworks across renal care facilities.
• Develop and implement clinical policies, protocols, and standards of care.
• Monitor quality indicators and lead improvement initiatives.
• Drive regional clinical programs and support sales activities.
• Engage with clinicians, hospitals and authorities to strengthen networks.
• Provide clinical education and training to customers and internal teams.
