B. Braun Group is seeking a Director - Clinical in Malaysia to lead clinical governance and regional program development for the Avitum division.

The role bridges clinical excellence with business growth, ensuring high-quality patient care across facilities and programs. You will drive clinical education, stakeholder engagement, and collaborative efforts with nephrologists, authorities, and sales teams to expand services and improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• Medical Doctor (MD/MBBS) with nephrology specialty is preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in a corporate role, regional experience is an added advantage.
• Minimum 5 years in a leadership or management role.

Responsabilités

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for all clinical aspects of the Avitum division business.
• Ensure excellence in patient care, clinical quality, safety, regulatory compliance and outcomes.
• Lead regional clinical program development and support sales activities; engage with clinicians, hospitals, authorities, and customers.
