We are seeking dynamic, motivated, and driven individual to support the critical work within our Reconciliations team.
As an APAC Reconciliations Analyst, your primary responsibility is to ensure that clients' investment positions recorded on FNZ platforms accurately match the external positions held with providers across the Asia-Pacific region. This includes cash positions held with banking providers, as well as stock and investment holdings maintained by registries, term deposit issuers, and sub-custodians.
A key part of the role involves investigating and resolving reconciliation exceptions. You will review reconciliation reports, identify discrepancies, accurately classify exceptions, and take ownership of issues through to resolution. This requires strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to liaise with internal teams and external counterparties to ensure exceptions are resolved in a timely and controlled manner.
Working within a fast-paced operational environment, you will play an important role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of client records, helping to safeguard the quality of service delivered to our clients and stakeholders across the region.
In addition to investigating and resolving exceptions, you will work closely with internal teams and external providers across the APAC region to identify root causes, ensure accurate record keeping, and maintain the integrity of client investment and cash positions. Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and a proactive approach to problem-solving will be key to your success in this role.
