Job summary

J.P. Morgan is seeking an Operations Control Management analyst in APAC Market Operations to strengthen the control environment.

You will partner with the business to identify control issues, drive timely remediation, and support governance, training, and control initiatives that enhance the culture of controls. You will proactively identify issues, perform risk analysis, and support data-driven remediation, QA testing, and MIS reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Strong written and verbal communication with ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Analytical mindset with ability to review end-to-end processes and implement improved controls.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and maintaining MIS reports with accurate data.
• Conduct quality assurance testing for operational implementations per SOPs.
• Record testing progress and observations in MIS upon completion.
• Coordinate with action owners to monitor remediation progress and closure.
• Identify processes suitable for automation and leverage approved tools to enhance efficiency and reduce risk.
• Support OCM in executing priorities and strategy, including governance communications.
