Job summary

EdgeConneX seeks a strategic NOC Manager APAC to establish and lead the Kuala Lumpur NOC. You will coordinate with in-country leads across APAC and manage 24x7 monitoring, incidents, and maintenance events, while aligning with global standards.

You will build processes, hire and develop the team, and ensure customer SLAs are met. Travel within APAC is required; based in Kuala Lumpur/Cyberjaya with initial Jakarta handover.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Experience leading large 24x7 operations across sites.
• Knowledge of data center critical infra and monitoring systems.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead Kuala Lumpur NOC team with 24x7 shifts and onboarding.
• Own 24x7 monitoring and incident management for facility alarms.
• Coordinate maintenance with vendors and site teams.
• Develop processes, playbooks and runbooks aligned with global standards.
• Report KPI/SLA metrics and drive continuous improvement.
