Job summary

EdgeConneX is seeking a senior operations leader to own day-to-day uptime, SLA performance, and maintenance strategy across our APAC portfolio. You will work with regional managers, engineers, and vendors to deliver commissioning through steady-state for new sites.

The role requires a data center MEP background, and requires leading engineers across multiple sites with a strong emphasis on safety and compliance. Travel up to 50% within APAC, based in Cyberjaya or Johor.

Qualifications

• This position requires 10+ years in critical-facilities or data center operations, with multi-site leadership experience.
• Bachelor’s in electrical or mechanical engineering or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus.
• Fluent English; regional language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 24/7 uptime and SLA performance across APAC sites.
• Lead regional maintenance strategy and change management.
• Manage regional OPEX budgets and vendor contracts.
• Drive readiness for new capacity and site handovers.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and security across regions.
