Mintel is seeking a Market Research Coordinator for the APAC region based in Kuala Lumpur. The role focuses on supporting the GNPD operational processes, data quality, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver high-quality product innovation data across global markets.

• Previous experience in a Coordination, Operations, Administration, Research Support, or Data Management role ideal, or prior internship experience.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Freelance Field Associate Management — oversee hiring, onboarding, training, relationships, and offboarding for Field Associates.
• Data Analysis And Insights — analyse statistics to identify market trends and drive methodology improvements.
• Market Research — monitor industry trends, track product launches, and identify potential new products.
• Methodology Continuous Improvement — contribute to data collection, analysis, and reporting methodologies.
