Qualifications

  • Minimum 5–7 years of HR generalist or operations experience.
  • Experience managing multi-country HR, particularly in APAC.
  • Strong understanding of employment laws across Southeast Asia.

Responsibilities

  • Manage HR operations across multiple regions ensuring compliance.
  • Develop and maintain HR policies and Employee Handbooks.
  • Oversee onboarding, probation, and offboarding processes.
  • Support recruitment for various roles across regions.
  • Serve as first contact for employee relations and performance management.
  • Build automated HR tools to streamline processes.
