Job summary

Oliver Healthcare Packaging is seeking a Commercial Project Lead at the Johor site to manage cross-functional transfers of customer products and manufacturing processes into Johor from the Lean/PMO office. The role reports to the APAC Lean/PMO Leader, with a dotted line to the APAC Customer Care Manager, combining project leadership with practical manufacturing and engineering knowledge.

Qualifications

• At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing, process engineering, technical project management or manufacturing transfers.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills are required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Materials Science or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Own the portfolio of commercial manufacturing-transfer projects into Johor, from technical feasibility and business-case assessment through customer approval, trials, validation and first commercial production.
• Translate the transfer roadmap into integrated project plans with scope, milestones, owners, resources, dependencies and risk management.
• Coordinate across Sales, Customer Care, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Technical and Engineering to execute transfers and address constraints.
• Own the APAC Change Notification process and ensure timely communication and documentation to customers.
• Lead governance reviews, maintain milestone plans and risk logs, and report transfer pipeline and outcomes.
