Job summary

Oliver Healthcare Packaging seeks a Commercial Project Lead for APAC to drive cross-functional product and manufacturing transfers into Johor. You will lead feasibility assessments, coordinate trials, validation, and readiness for production, while handling Change Notifications and continuous-improvement projects.

Collaboration across Sales, Customer Care, Operations and Quality is essential to success. The role requires 3–5 years in manufacturing or project management, strong English

Qualifications

3–5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing, process engineering, or project management.
Strong written and verbal English communication skills are required.
Experience with manufacturing transfers, trials, validation or industrialisation activities.

Responsibilities

Own portfolio of commercial transfer projects into Johor from feasibility to first production and closure.
Create integrated project plans with scope, milestones, and owners.
Coordinate cross-functional teams across Sales, Customer Care, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and Finance.
Manage customer communication, change documentation, and validation requirements.
Maintain regional Change Notification tracker and ensure timely, accurate communications.
