Job summary

Cytiva, a Danaher operating company, is seeking a Commercial Compliance Manager to protect our reputation and enable sustainable growth. Based in Kuala Lumpur, you will translate compliance expectations into practical, risk-based solutions and work with global leaders.

You will drive channel partner risk assessment, auditing, training, and the use of AI and data analytics to identify emerging risks while ensuring human oversight and data protection.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree, or global equivalent, in Law, Finance, IT, Business or a related discipline.
• Substantial experience designing, implementing or managing compliance, legal, regulatory, audit or risk programs, preferably in healthcare or life sciences.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English, with the confidence to influence across cultures and levels.
• Strong data and analytical capability with reliable data collection and trend analysis.
• Experience using AI and digital tools to improve research, monitoring, and process execution with proper safeguards.

Responsibilities

• Channel Partner Compliance Management: lead policy implementation, assess risk, and due diligence for distributors.
• Customer Interactions: enable compliant engagement and advise on higher-risk activities and approvals.
• Auditing and Monitoring: perform risk-based audits, identify root causes and trends, implement corrective actions.
• Training and Communications: create and deliver practical compliance training and communications.
• Systems, Data and AI Enablement: support compliance systems, use analytics and approved AI tools with human oversight.
