Qualifications

• Substantial experience designing, implementing or managing compliance programs in regulated industries.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Channel Partner Compliance Management: Lead the implementation of policies and controls for third-party distributors and monitor risk.
• Customer Interactions: Enable compliant customer engagement and advise stakeholders on higher-risk activities.
• Auditing and Monitoring: Conduct risk-based auditing, identify root causes and recommend improvements.
• Training and Communications: Create practical compliance training and communications for employees and third parties.
• Systems, Data and AI Enablement: Improve compliance systems, use analytics and approved AI tools while ensuring data protection.
