Job summary

The role is based on-site in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. You will work with business and functional leaders, strengthening ethical decision-making and ensuring due diligence, approvals and local reporting obligations are

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or global equivalent in a related discipline.
• Substantial experience designing or managing compliance, regulatory, audit or risk programs, preferably in regulated industries.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Channel Partner Compliance Management: lead implementation of policies and controls for third-party distributors and assess risk.
• Customer Interactions: enable compliant customer engagement and advise on higher‑risk activities.
• Auditing and Monitoring: perform risk-based auditing and monitoring, identify root causes and trends.
• Training and Communications: deliver practical compliance training and track learning impact.
• Systems, Data and AI Enablement: support and improve global compliance systems, use analytics and AI tools with proper human oversight.
