Job summary

Boston Consulting Group is seeking a skilled analytics professional to join the AP People team. You will own core regional people reporting and analytics, collaborating with senior stakeholders on high-priority initiatives such as People Survey analytics, AI-enabled workflow automation, and talent planning across Asia Pacific.

The role requires 4–6 years of analytics or consulting experience, strong problem-solving skills, and hands-on use of AI tools and Python to build automated reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Statistics, Human Resources, or related disciplines.
• 4–6 years of consulting, analytics, or structured problem-solving experience.
• Hands-on experience using AI coding tools (Claude Code) with Python and Power Automate for automated reporting workflows.
• Familiarity with HR data and Workday is a plus.
• Strong analytical rigor and data accuracy; cross-checking figures before release.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and collaborate in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of people analytics and reporting in AP region.
• Lead monthly capacity and attrition analyses and reporting.
• Develop AI-enabled reporting workflows and automate recurring reports.
• Coordinate with AP People teams and stakeholders.
• Support strategic People initiatives like REACHES and AI Boost Talent Pillar.
• Prepare senior-ready materials for leadership discussions.
