Job summary

Schaeffler Group Malaysia is seeking an experienced finance professional to manage operations in the SSC Finance for AP, aligned with CFOs, Head of Finance AP SSC and local Finance teams. You will lead and execute migration projects of AP accounting processes to the AP Finance SSC.

You will ensure all finance, reporting and controlling matters are handled accurately and within required timeframes, maintain regulatory compliance and internal controls, and drive continuous improvement while

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in accounting/finance, with 2–3 years in people management.
• Proficient in Windows, SAP and Microsoft applications.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage operations in the SSC Finance for AP based on targets aligned with CFOs, Head of Finance AP SSC & local Finance teams.
• Lead and execute migration projects of AP countries accounting processes to AP Finance SSC.
• Ensure all finance, reporting and controlling matters are handled appropriately and within required timeframe.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and internal controls are in place.
• Continuous improvement in workflow efficiency and effectiveness.
• Lead, direct, evaluate and develop SSC Finance team members.
• Facilitate mid-term development and career path of team members.
