Responsibilities

Process company receipts and payments from customers and suppliers; follow up on outstanding balances.
Monitor cash flow and plan fund requirements.
Process employee wages and claims.
Handle insurance claims.
Update stock records and perform stock adjustments inputs.
Involve in standard monthly, quarterly and year end closing.
Interact with suppliers and vendors by phone and email.
Meet and greet visiting clients.
Assist in daily accounting operations and liaise with auditors, tax agents and other statutory bodies.
Handling accruals and prepayments.
Carry out administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, and composing correspondence.
Perform duties as required and assigned.
