Job summary

Hovid Bhd in Malaysia seeks an R&D Executive (Analytical) to develop, validate and transfer analytical test methods for pharmaceutical products. You will support regulatory responses, nitrosamine method work, and method-implementation projects while coordinating resources and timelines.

The role requires a chemistry degree and 2–3 years’ experience in analytical method development with hands-on instrument knowledge (HPLC, LC-MS/MS, GC-MS/MS, UV).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry or related Science.
• 2–3 years in pharmaceutical analytical method development, validation or verification.
• Practical experience with analytical instruments (HPLC, LC-MS/MS, GC-MS/MS, UV).

Responsibilities

• Attend to analytical method development requests for new products.
• Develop, validate, verify methods per approved protocols.
• Transfer approved methods to relevant departments within timelines.
• Provide technical support for method troubleshooting and performance issues.
• Prepare regulatory responses related to analytical methods.
