Job summary

MRANTI is seeking an Analyst, Planning & Performance Management to support the development, implementation and monitoring of the organisation's strategic and business plans. The role collaborates with internal stakeholders and external ministries, agencies and partners to coordinate planning and performance activities.

You will conduct market and competitive research, evaluate partnerships, and prepare reports, presentations and recommendations to enable informed decision-making and growth.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Business Information Systems, Finance or another relevant discipline.
  • Minimum three to five years of relevant professional experience in strategic planning, business planning or performance management.
  • Sound knowledge of performance management principles, processes and reporting practices.
  • Experience in developing and maintaining reporting systems, dashboards and templates.
  • Familiarity with strategic and business planning tools or methodologies, such as Strategy Maps and Balanced Scorecards.
  • Strong analytical, critical-thinking and problem-solving capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Support development and implementation of strategic and business plans that integrate organisational priorities, functions and resources.
  • Coordinate performance management activities, including the collection, consolidation and analysis of performance data.
  • Develop and maintain reporting systems, templates and dashboards to improve reporting consistency, accuracy and efficiency.
  • Monitor organisational and divisional performance against established strategic objectives and key performance indicators.
  • Prepare strategic reports, management presentations, recommendations and other materials for senior management and relevant stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, risks and potential growth opportunities.
  • Assist in evaluating strategic partnerships, alliances and business opportunities that support the organisation's objectives.
  • Coordinate and engage with internal divisions, project owners and KPI champions on planning and performance-related matters.
  • Liaise with external stakeholders, including ministries, government agencies, strategic partners and industry players.
  • Support organisational effectiveness, transformation initiatives and other strategic projects assigned by the management.

Job description

The Analyst, Planning & Performance Management supports the development, implementation and monitoring of MRANTI's strategic and business plans. The role works closely with internal stakeholders and external parties, including ministries, government agencies and strategic partners, to coordinate planning and performance management activities. This position also conducts market and competitive research, evaluates strategic partnerships and business opportunities, and prepares reports, recommendations and presentations to support informed decision-making and organisational growth.
