CBRE Group, Inc. in Malaysia seeks a Health, Safety and Environment Coordinator to assist in developing basic procedures and guidance within the HSE program.

You will support injury and incident monitoring, compliance checks, and record-keeping across the environment and safety functions, under supervision. The role requires a Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of related experience, strong organization, and communication skills, plus proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of job-related experience.
• Follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.

Responsabilités

• Provide support for monitoring injury, illness, and incident-related performance.
• Support the development and implementation of strategic solutions to improve performance results.
• Examine permits, licenses, applications, and records to ensure compliance.
• Prepare, organize, and maintain inspection records; investigate complaints and suspected violations.
• Monitor follow-up actions and present findings to management.
