Job summary

RedotPay seeks an AML Quality Assurance Specialist to identify weaknesses in daily operations and optimize SOPs within the AML and AFC team. The role emphasizes continuous improvement of testing processes, industry trend awareness, and proactive process optimization.

The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years in operations or QA, strong analytical skills, and familiarity with Six Sigma, Lean, or Agile methodologies. A related bachelor’s degree is required and advanced degrees are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, computer science, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 2–3 years in operations management, quality assurance, or process improvement in fintech or financial services.
• Strong analytical skills to identify weaknesses, analyze data, and derive actionable insights.
• Experience optimizing SOPs to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Proficiency with Six Sigma, Lean, or Agile methodologies is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Identify operational weaknesses and bottlenecks in daily workflows and processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions and enhance performance.
• Propose optimizations to current SOPs to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
