Job summary

DYNA FAB SDN. BHD. is seeking a Quality Assurance/QA Engineer to oversee QA procedures on facade projects, including aluminium works.

You will coordinate with project teams to ensure compliance with method statements and work sequences, and assist in QM submissions and in-process inspections. The role requires a Diploma in Civil/Structural Engineering with at least 2 years in facade works, knowledge of ISO/OHSAS, and familiar with CONQUAS and Greenmark.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Civil/Structural Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years in Facade Industry – Aluminium a must.
• Knowledge of ISO/OHSAS standards, familiar with CONQUAS, Greenmark and BCA requirements.
• Experience administering QA programmes.

Responsibilities

• Perform checks on structural, architectural, or material works to ensure readiness for inspections.
• Coordinate quality matters with project team and ensure compliance with method statements and sequences.
• Assist in QM submissions and in-capacity inspections; prepare QA/QC reports.
• Attend site meetings and provide feedback on quality control measures and corrective actions.
• Conduct periodic training for site personnel and subcontractor workers when required.

Good standards and understanding construction quality assurance

Perform checks on the structural, architectural or material / works (in steel, extrusion, glass and aluminium sheet) related to ensure that the final touch-up works are ready for inspections

Coordinate on quality matters with project team, conduct regular inspection to ensure works are in compliance with method statements & proper sequence of work and in accordance to BCA's good industry practice

Assist in preparing for QM submission of in-process inspection and assist in conducting

Prepare Quality Control Plan,procedures and QA / QC reports Attending regular site meeting where required

Conduct periodic training for site personnel and subcontractor's workers where necessary

Provide feedback in areas of Quality Control measures and corrective actions.

Requirements :

Diploma in Civil/ Structural Engineering or its equivalent

Minimum 2 years relevant experience in Facade Industry - Aluminium a must Knowledge of ISO and OHSAS standards, familiar with CONQUAS,Greenmark and other essential BCA requirements

Experience in administration of quality assurance programme

Posses good interpersonal skills

Able to work 6 days

MUST ABLE TO START WORK IMMEDIATELY (BASED IN IJOK)
