Rhenus Logistics is seeking a Cluster Product Manager (Air) to lead the air product team across Malaysia and Singapore. The role focuses on aligning product and commercial strategies to deliver profitable growth while maintaining strong carrier and customer relationships.

You will oversee airfreight strategy, carrier performance, tariff management, procurement, and market intelligence, while shaping regional product growth and leadership development.

Qualificações

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in freight forwarding, with solid air freight operations knowledge.
• Strong customer and carrier relationship management abilities.
• Proven leadership and people-management capabilities.
• Ability to balance commercial objectives with operational execution.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the air product team in Malaysia and Singapore to align product and commercial strategies.
• Build and maintain carrier relationships with country-level decision makers and GSAs.
• Coordinate with sales and trade lane managers to capture business opportunities and set tariffs.
• Drive procurement and operational efficiency through a consolidation-focused approach.
• Support business development with key account visits and market intelligence.
• Organize monthly performance reviews and KPIs for the airfreight unit; report to regional leadership.
• Provide leadership, training, and strategy execution across the airfreight organization.
