Job summary

AirAsia is seeking skilled maintenance technicians in Malaysia to troubleshoot aircraft structural, mechanical or hydraulic systems, identify problems and repair them according to specifications, drawings, manuals and established procedures.

You will repair and overhaul systems, install or modify engines and related subsystems, dismantle airframes for service, perform routine maintenance and order inventory of parts. AirAsia is committed to diversity and equal opportunity in the workplace.

• Troubleshoot aircraft structural, mechanical or hydraulic systems to identify problems and repair per specs and drawings.
• Repair and overhaul aircraft systems.
• Install or modify engines and hydraulic, flight control, fuel and pneumatic systems.
• Dismantle airframes or engines for repair, overhaul and cleaning; reassemble.
• Perform and document routine maintenance.
• Order and maintain inventory of parts and supplies.

• Repair and overhaul aircraft structural, mechanical or hydraulic systems
• Install or modify aircraft engines and mechanical, hydraulic, flight control, fuel and pneumatic systems
• Dismantle airframes, aircraft engines or other aircraft systems for repair, overhaul and cleaning, and reassemble
• Perform and document routine maintenance
• Order and maintain inventory of parts and supplies.
