Job summary

PEACE AIR CONDITIONING SALES & SERVICE is seeking experienced air conditioning technicians in Kuching, Malaysia. You will perform installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting on major brands and work with interns to complete daily job orders.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of hands-on AC experience, a valid driving licence, and the ability to communicate in Chinese, English, or Malay. Overtime readiness and reliability are valued in this on-site role.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years hands-on experience in the air conditioning industry.
• Familiar with wiring, piping, and troubleshooting various AC brands.
• Able to communicate in basic Chinese, English, or Malay.
• Punctual, honest, and willing to work overtime when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Installation of wall-mounted and cassette AC units (split & multi-split systems).
• Maintenance including chemical washing, overhauls, gas top-ups (R32, R410A), and servicing.
• Troubleshooting of issues (PCB, compressor, leaks, etc.).
• Lead or assist interns/technicians to complete daily job orders.
• Update job status and submit photos/reports to admin upon completion.
