Maintenance Technician (Air-Conditioning & Electrical)
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Keep records of maintenance activities, parts used, and follow-up actions.
- Schedule and priorities visits across multiple sites based on urgency and maintenance calendar.
- Monitor air conditioning usage trends and recommend preventive measures.
- Oversee inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment; ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Prepare maintenance budgets and monitor expenses.
- List and record monthly summons reports; generate workshop downtime daily and monthly summary reports.
- Perform preventive maintenance and routine equipment maintenance; perform corrective maintenance as needed.
- Repair and troubleshoot HVAC systems, electrical systems, pneumatic and hydraulic systems; perform equipment maintenance.
- Ensure machine running smoothly and operate in accordance with SOPs; maintain proper housekeeping and safety measures.
- Maintain accurate records of spare parts, work orders, and inventory; manage stock levels.
- Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to troubleshoot issues and optimize maintenance processes.
- Coordinate third-party maintenance work near gas facilities to minimize risk to property and safety.
- Respond to emergency service calls and address HVAC system malfunctions to restore operations.
- Adhere to safety regulations and guidelines while performing electrical and mechanical work.
Skills and Knowledge
- Technical knowledge: air conditioning, electrical systems, mechanical systems, HVAC maintenance, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and repair.
- Problem-solving and analytical thinking; attention to detail.
- Building maintenance, equipment inspection, and safety procedures.
- Time management, resource management, and strong communication with teams and vendors.
- Documentation and record-keeping for maintenance activities and inventory.
Internship (Maintenance Technician)
